During the Real Estate Exam Prep courses student wills mainly learn real estate jargon, terms used in real estate, mainly how to pass state examinations.
Roger Sherrill, instruction at Real Estate Exam Prep, started his own real estate company “Sherrill Properties” in Seattle in the mid 60’s, started “Sherrill Properties” in Palm Springs in 1971, then moved to San Diego and operated “Sherrill Properties” there. Presently Roger is licensed as a broker in Nevada and Oklahoma.
Roger has been teaching in Nevada since about 2002, first teaching live real estate for “MoneyWorld School of Real Estate” and then working for you (ACI) from what, 2003 or so. Roger is licensed to teach all CE approved courses, 90 Hour live and correspondence courses, 18 hour live and correspondence law, 24 hour live property management, Broker Management and Real Estate Appraisal.
